As I want the companies and groups that make the tools I use and projects I'm invovled with to keep going, it makes sense to give them some sort of publicity, on the grounds of if they do well they'll keep going and I benefit. So here's a bunch of links to tools, projects, groups or other such things that I rather like.
- DAZ Studio: A free 3D modelling package that's a cheaper (Free) alternative to poser.
- Fon: A community WiFi sharing project, that seems like a rather cool idea.
- OpenBSD: Still have a soft spot for OpenBSD - but life is too sort for their upgrade process and wrangling things to work properly.
- Aptana Studio: As things move to HTML5 I've started to play with this, in preference to oXygen - though not decided if I'm swapping over compeltely yet.
- <oXygen/>: A java based XML editor, which I've been using for a while for when I'm too lazy to use VI.
- Diaspora: A distributed social network where you can stay in control of your own data - sounds good to me.
